Judgments for Debt.
Judgrment by default was given by Mr. W. H. Wodward, S.M., on the following claims for debt at New Plymouth yesterday : Taylor and Woodham v. M. J. Aldridge £5 2s 6d (costs £ 2 7s 6d) ; Taranaki Brewery and Cordials Ltd. v. Fred Campbell, £15 12s (£2 16s). Under a judgment summons Kwong Simpson was ordered to pay Dominion Screens Ltd. £18 11s and £1 ls costs by September 1, in default 10 days' imprisonment.
