Special. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be dull, with intermittent rain, says the official forecast for Taranaki. Temperatures will become colder, with snow in the ranges. Strong north-easterly winds, turning south-east-erly, will prevail. The weather will later be cold and changeable, but will slowly improve.
