Army-Navy Medal For U.S. Coastguardsman

Rec. 6.30 p.m. New York, Aug. 24. Coastguardsman John Cullen, who intercepted the German saboteurs when they landed at Long Island from a submarine, has been awarded the Army and Navy Union's Medal of Bonour. The only I four other Americans to possess the 1 award are President Roosevelt, Colonel I Frank Knox, General John Pershing and |Mr. J. Edgar Hoover.
