Australian Imports Of Cheese From New Zealand
Sydney, Aug. 25. Mr. J. Beasley. Supply Minister, commenting on imports of cheese from New Zealand. said that one Victorian firm has been given permission to import a small quantity of matured cheese to mix with local cheese. Cheese is not the only item imported from New Zealand. Hides have been coming for months. Boots made in Australian factories from New Zealand hides are now being worn by troops in Australia, India, Syria and the Middle East.
