Miss Lucy James, Te Kuiti, is visiting her sister, Miss Nancy James. Miss K. Halley left yesterday to spend a holiday at Hamilton. Miss Carroll Austin, Wellington, is visiting her mother, Mrs. J. B. Austin. Mrs. N. J. T. Webster is visiting Palmerston North. Miss J. Hfeme will leave to-day to visit Hamilton. Mrs. T. Sheehy and Miss Eileen Sheehy have returned from Taumarunui, where they attended the Shelly-Dempsey wedding. Miss Dorothy Barnitt, Carterton, xs spending a holiday with her mother, Mrs. M. H. Barnitt. Mrs. Christiansen, Marton, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. J. B. Austin. "Mrs. P. F. L. Stephenson has returned to Hawera after visiting Mrs. G. H. Stephenson. Mrs. N. M. Payne is spending a holiday at Marton.
