Cerebro-spinal Meningitis Cases Continue To Occur

Cases of cerebro-spinal rnemngitis are still occurring in New Zealand at a fairly high rate. For the week ended August 17 there were 50 cases in the Dominion, with eight deaths, including seven cases at Wellington, with two deaths, and 11 cases at Auckland, with three deaths. During the previous week there were 59 cases in the Dominion, with two deaths. The cases quoted in all instances include suspects not definitely confirmed.
