New Plymouth
Mrs. G. A. Blennerhassett will arrive this morning from Auckland to visit New Plymouth. Mrs. J. T. Campbell and Miss M. Campbell have returned to New Plymouth after spending several months at Te Poi, Matamata. Mrs. J. H. Leadbetter left New Plymouth on Saturday to live at Tikorangi. Miss Mavis Brett, of the nursing stafi of the New Plymouth hospital, is visiting Hamilton. Mrs. G. E. Rudd is visiting Auckland. Misses K. and E. Campbell, Te Poi, Matamata, are spending a holiday with their mother, Mrs. J. T. Campbell. Mrs. E. Manley has returned to Cardiff after visiting New Plymouth. Miss M. Groves has returned from a holiday at her home at Eketahuna. Mrs. C. H. Volzke has returned from Wellington. Miss Alice Garda, Makaka, and Miss Betty Garda, Wanganui, are spending the school holidays at New Plymouth. 85th Birthday Celebratcd. Mrs. E. A. Lobb, Burns Street, New Plymouth, who was 85 years of age yesterday, celebrated the occasion on Saturday afternoon by a family gathering.
