ELDERLY WOMAN KILLED

Hastings, Last Night. An elderly woman passenger was killed and the driver injured when the car left the road near the Mohaka bridge on the Napier-Taupo highway on Saturday and plunged 30 feet down the bank. Miss Winifred Dorothy Sargeant, Napier, aged 60, was killed and Williarn Moore Barton, Devonport, aged 50, was injured.
