By Telegraph—Press Association
DISPUTE AT GREYMOUTH
Greymouth, Sept. 26. The Liverpool mine was idle to-day owing to a dispute in connection with the issue of pay tickets. It is customary to have the tickets issued the morning before pay day (to-morrow) but this morning tickets were not available for truckers and the wages of the men owing to pressure of work at the mine's office. The mcn t.hcn held a stop-work meeting and dpdded to go home.
