MAY BE FINISHED TODAY SEYERAL QUOTAS FILLED

Wellington, Last Night. Such good progress was made for the territorial service ballot now being drawn at Wellington that it is hoped "to complete the draw to-mor-row. On the first day yesterday 4800 names were drawn from the register for Auckland, Paeroa and Whangarei districts and to-day the entire quotas for Hamilton, Wellington, Wanganui and Napier areas, amounting to 5650 men, were drawn. If this rate is maintained there is a possibility that the draw will finisli tomorrovv afternoon. There are approximately 5550 more names to be drawn mostly from the southern military district.
