JAPAN UNCOMPROMISING Rec. 11 p.m. Tokio, Sept. 24. The Tokio newspaper Yomiuri says the Japanese Government will reject unhesitatingly any third countrys protest against Japan's entry into Indo-China because the Japanese intentions are extremely peaceful and constructive, and have, moreover, been taken with the full understanding of the French Government." . Some of the third Powers which had interfered with the negotiations from the outset were already showing a theratening attitude, contending that the entry of Japanese troops was an improper military action, it was added.
