COURTS GO BELOW
LONDON BUILDING PLANS Rec. 8 p.m. London, Sept. 24. Plans are being considered for building uriderground civil and criminal courts at London. Air raid warnings have resulted in a great hold-up of the lists, for two of the four courts, with glass roofs, are promptly closed during raids. The judges at the Old Bailey are at present contending with one of the heaviest calendars for many months.
