At the New Plymouth Public Hospital. on Monday, September 23, 1940, Thelma Ida Frances, dearly loved wife of George Fleming Saxton Road, Vogeltown; aged 34 years. Sadly missed: Intermettt from the chapel of R. C. Vosper, to-day (Wednesday), at 2 p.m.
LOONEY.— On September 24, 1940, at New Plymouth Public Hospital, George Henry, dearly beloved husband of Julia Eliza Looney; aged 78 years. At rest. OLDFIELD.— At Hawera on September 24, 1940, Margaret, beloved infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Oldfield, Inaha Road, Inaha; aged seven hours. Deeply regretted. Private interment at Okaiawa Cemetery.
PREECE.— At Hawera on September 24, 1940, Leslie, dearly beloved husband of Edith May Preece, Skeet Road, Matapu; aged 42 years.
