Secretary. pURSUANT to Section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1935, by a notice dated September 10, 1940, and published in New Zealand Gazette 1940, page 2324, the Minister of Public Works gave notice for the purpose of making the New Plymouth Aerodrome safe for aviation purposes. 1. That he prohibits the erection, placing, or extension, without his consent of any building, pole, mast, or other structure of any kind on the land described in the Schedule hereto beyond a plane commencing at a height of five feet at the boundary or the said aerodrome and increased by one-twentieth part of the distance measured horizontally between the said boundary and the portion of the said land upon which any building, pole, mast, or other structure is proposed to be erected; 2. That he limits the height to which trees may be grown or ■ permitted to grow without his consent on the land described in the said Schedule to the height beyond which the erection, placing, or extension, without his consent, of any building, pole, mast, or other structure is prohibited by the last preceding clause hereof.
