PERSONAL
Mr. A. H: R. Amess, Stratford, was appointed by the Automobile Association (South Taranaki) yesterday to represent it on the Stratford Petrol Rationing Advisory Committee. The v'acancy was caused by the resignation of Mr. J. C. Allen. Mr. C. McKenna, of the office staff of the Patea Freezing Company, leaves on Sunday for Levin to join the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
