JOINT DEFENCE PLAN

u.s.a.-canada accord Rec. 6.30 p.m. Seattle, Sept. 22. Six members of the Canada-United States' Joint Defence Board have completed a preliminary survey of west coast defences from Sitka in Alaska to the mouth of the Columbia River. Captain Harry Hill. a spokesman. said the commission reached perfect accord on co-ordination of defences in the event of an emergency.
