KAIMIRO DIVISION BALL
The final monthly dance of the Kaimiro branch of the W.D.F.U. was held in the hall. Proceeds were in aid of the Spitfire fund. The sale of buttonholes given by Mesdames A. IT. Taylor and C. Taylor 'liclped lo swcll ihe sum raised. Seveial tables were oeeupied at fiag live hundred, Ihe winners being Mi.s.ses H. Gibson. A. Zimmerman. E. Old and Mr. J. Mazzola. Mrs. L. Cnsh was tbc winner of thc travelling fiag. Mr. H. Gunlhcr won a competition. Music for dancing was played by Mr. and Mrs. J. Bell. while Miss I. Hinz and 1 Mr. N. Reesby snpplied extras. A myster.v Gay Gordons was won by Misses N. Old and M. Sbrieber and a lucky spot maxina by Miss A. Zimmerman and Mr. L. Wytkin." Mr. L. Sehicker was master of ceremonies and Mr. W. Robinson was doorkcepcr.
