Orders made on judgment summonses were: Andrew Hart to pay Ed. Evans £3 6s 9d forthwith, in default three days' imprisonment; W. D. Parkes to pay D. McCormick 11s forthwith, in default 24 hours' imprisonment; Matiu Wharemati to pay P. Greenfield £6 17s 7d (15s 6d); J. Rio to pay Wann and MacKay, £8 11s (15s Gd) forthwith, in default nine days' imprisonment; C. F. McLean to pay C. J. McFadyen, 19s 9d, in default 24 hours' imprisonment, the warrant to be Kuspended until October 2.
