sufficient for own use London, Sept. 18. Britain and Spain have entered into an agreement whereby Spain will be allowed to recelve as much oil as she requires for her own use but none to spare. Spain limits her oil imports to a quantity sufflclent for domestic consumption. The agreement is regarded as highly satisfactory.
