! 000 A MONTH PEAK SOON Rec. 11.15 p.m. Washington, Sept. 19. The American Chamber of Commerce's official estimate of deliveries of warplanes to Britain at present is 500 a month. The peak of 1000 a month will be reached in February and March, and then deliveries will be stabilised at 550 a month until April, 1942, to permit the United States to build up its air forces. Officials say Britain is now getting .80" per cent. of the nation's output.
