SUMMER TIME DATE

Some misapprehension has arisen in Taranaki over the date of the commencement of summer time, probably because a few calendars were circulated with a note that docks should be advanced on September 22. Actually the legal date is the last Sunday in September, the 29th, and attention is drawn to this in the Gazette issued last night. It will extend to April 27, 1941.
