"VrOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Manaia Domain Board held on Thursday, the 5th., day of September, 1940, the following re* solution was passed:— The Manaia Domain Board hereby makes by Special Order the following by-law, under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by "The M^inicipal , Corporations Act 1933" and its amendments, Section 44 and Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains and National Parks Act 1928 and its amendments; and of all acts, powers and authorities enabling it-' in that behalf.
