Rugby, Sept. 17. The British Government, stated Lord Templemore in the House of Lords, had no territorial or other ambitions ln Ethiopia but was anxious to see that eountry liberating itself from Italian aggression. Tlie Government would give all possible assistance to those Ethlopians who had already taken up or will take up arms against the lnvader.
