Rugby, Sept. 18. A service by "water buses" on the Thames, introduced in the last few days to relieve congestion on other transport 3ervices through the temporary disorganisation of a few routes as the result of enemy bombing, has proved a highly popular service. It has been acclerated and the ifumber of river craft engaged , increased. •J
