COASTAL SHIPPING MOVEMENTS.

The Port Whangarei was to leavc Wellington last night for New Plymouth, where she is due at 1 p.m. to-day. After discharge she is expected to sail for Port Waikato at 10 o'clock to-night. (Hooker Bros.) The Holmlea will arrive from the South Lsland on Monday. (Hooker Bros.) The Karu will load at Dunedin on Friday, and travelling via the usual southern ports, is expected at New Plymouth on September 27. She will return to Wellington and Dunedin. (U.S.S. Co.) The Rata, from Westport, is expected at New Plymouth to-morrow. (Cock and CThe Totara is due at New Plymouth to-day from Westport. (U.S.S. Co.) The Hauturu was expected to cross the Manakau bar at 9 p.m. yesterday, -being due at New Plymouth late to-day. She will sail to-morrow for Wanganui, Picton and Onehunga after discharging 176 tons of general cargo. (Northern Co.)
