TENDERS FOR PURCHASE OF FREEHOLD FARM LANDS AT MANGAMAEHO, NEAR WAITARA. rpENDERS are invited and will be received by the Wellington Harbour Board for the purchase of the land hereunder described upon and subject to the conditions set out in the Conditions of Tender hereinafter mentioned:— ALL THOSE parcels of land situate in the Land Registration District of Taranaki being FIRSTLY ALL THAT parcel of land situate in the Land Registration District ,of Taranaki containing One Hundred and Forty-nine acres (149ac. Or. Op.) being Section 25, Block 1, Upper Waitara, being all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 50 Folio 163. SECONDLY ALL THAT parcel of land situate as aforesaid containing One thousand two hundred and ten acres (l,210ac. Of. 0p.) being Section 12, Block 11, on the Public Map of the Upper Waitara Survey District deposited in the Office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth being all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 32, Folio 59. AND THIRDLY ALL THAT parcel of land situate as aforesaid containing Three hundred and seventy five (375ac. Or. Op.) being Section 21, Block 1, on the Public Map of the Upper Waitara District, Certificate of Title Volume 129, Folio 128 Limited as to parcels and title. The property is situate on the Mangamaeho Road and is approximately seven miles from Urenui and the seleyards, and approximately seventeen miles from Waitara Railway Station. Portion of the lands comprise grazing flats, which are suitable for dairying.
