EXAMINATION RESULTS The local secretary, Mr. R. Wats.on, Stratford, has been advised that the following were the successful candidates in the Trinity College of Music, London, examinations conducted at the Stratford centre recently by Dr. C. Edgar Ford, Mus D. (Oxon.), F.T.C.L.:— Diploma. Elocu/ion: Ailsa Aitken (Miss Beth Holden, L.T.C.L., New Plymouth). • Higher Local. Pianoforte: Eva Armstrong (Mrs. Blennerhassett). Senior. Pianoforte: Valda Beck (Miss E. Moon, F.T.C.L.). Intermediate. Pianoforte: Catherine Campbell, honours, Sheena Campbell, merit (Miss Moon), Florence Harding, merit (Mrs. Blennerhassett). Violin: Gwenyth White (Miss D. Pinson, Hawera). Junior. Pianoforte: Elwyn Fazackerley, merit, Gloria Walter (Miss Moon); Delia D'Connor, merit (Eltham Convent).
