CESSION COMPLETE
OCCUPATION BY HUNGARY Rec. 7 . p.m. Budapest, Sept. 15. The Regent of Hungary, Admiral Horthy, entered Cluj to-day, virtually completing the occupation of the area of' Transylvania ceded to Hungary by Rumania. A semi-official statement issued at Budapest accuses the Rumanian army of ten days' reign of terror against Hungarians living in the territories ceded to Hungary. "Hungarlan political circles were at first . inclined to believe the atrocities were the work of irresponsibles, but the latest news suggests that a secret order was given by high authorities," says the statement. "Hungary regrets that these events are heightened by the fact that Rumania is oppressing. 700,000 Hungarians. The Rumanian-Hungarian crisis plainly continues." i ■ . ' f
