OCCUPATION BY HUNGARY Rec. 7 . p.m. Budapest, Sept. 15. The Regent of Hungary, Admiral Horthy, entered Cluj to-day, virtually completing the occupation of the area of' Transylvania ceded to Hungary by Rumania. A semi-official statement issued at Budapest accuses the Rumanian army of ten days' reign of terror against Hungarians living in the territories ceded to Hungary.
