SHELLING OF DOVER

GERMAN BOMBARDMENT Rec. 12.30 fl.tn. London, Sept. 16. German 4ong range guns on the French coast shelled Dover this morning. The streets were filled with shoppers when the first shells came over. Four salvoes were fired within ten minutes and then the bombardment ceased. No damage was reported.
