WARNING BY SOVIET
RUMANIAN "INCIDENT"
Rec. 6.30 p.m. Moscow, Sept. 14. The Moscow radio again warned Rumania to-day in regard to a new alleged frontier incident. M. Dekanozov, who is M. Molotov's second deputy, summoned M. Gafencu and described the incident as "provocative." He added that the Soviet would not tolerate such actions. M. Gafencu promised to investigate the charge and punish offenders.
