KING'S STIRRING REPLY London, Sept. 14. The following telegi-ams passed between the War Cabinet and the King to-day: "The War Cabinet offer their hearty congratulations to Their Majesties on their providential escape from the barbarous attack made on their home and Royal persons." The King replied to the Prirne Minister: "The Queen and I are so grateful to the War Cabinet for their kind mossage. Like so many other people, we have now^had personal experience of the German barbarity, which only strengthens the resolution of all of us to fight to final victory."
