CALLING UP AUTHORISED Ottawa, Sept. 13. A proclamation authorising the calling up of the first draft of Canadians for military training has bsen signed. All smgle men of 21 years of age must report for medical examination, and from the number 30.000 will be selected for training. The first camp will be opening on October 9.
