Rec. 6.30 p.m. . Rugby, Sept. 14. It is learoed authoritatively that the enemy bomber which fouled a balloon barrage cable and was destroyed ear 3 on Friday was caught in a barrage of improved design. Balloons of this barrage will fly at a considerably greater height than balloons have hitherto.
