REGENT FOR NORWAY
HAAKON NO LONGER KING London, Sept. 11. The Oslo correspondent of the Associated American Press says that Parliament has decided that King Haakon is no longer King of Norway. The question of his return has been postponed until the end of the war. The Governmept has resigned and M. Engold Christensen, aged 68, is ruling as regent.
