ADVANCE UPON EGYPT

By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.

FORCE ON LIBYAN COAST

Received 12.30 p.m. London, September 12. JTALIAN trqops in Libya are moving towards the Egyptian frontier from the direction of Fort Capuzzo. There is no information yet that they have crossed the border. ' Reports have been received that the Italians are planning to wage their campaign with three annies. One will operate from Libya, and it is this force that is reported this morning to be moving. The second army will move northward from Kassala, which was taken by an Italian force "operating from Eritrea, towards Wadi Halfa, in the Sudan. The third will move eastward to Wadi Halfa, crossing the desert from.southern Libya,. a distance of about 500 miles. A big attack from this direction is not likely, though aerial operations may be possible. There is no reason to believe that German troops have been sent to Libya to strengthen the Italian forces. The Italian forces in Libya are not moving along the coast unhampered. The Royal Air Force raided them yesterday and started fires on several aerodromes.
