CONSCRIPTION BILL
REVISIONS AGREED UPON Rec. 8.45 p.m. Washington, Sept. 11. A conference between representatives of the Senate and the House of Representatives to-night agreed to a conscription measure that would require the registration of men between the ages of 21 and 35 years and eliminated Mr. Hamilton Fish's House amendment providing for '60 days' postponement of the draft.
