THREAT TO JUDGES
CHINESE AT SHANGHAI Rec. 3.30 p.m. Slianghai, Sept. 11. The political police headquarters of Wang, the Japanese puppet ruler, have sent the following letter to the Chungking Government's Chinese judges in the International Settlement Courts: "Since the British troops have wilhdrawn and the Amcricans arc no longer important, we advise you to j°in us within a week; otherwise your lives will be worthless.
