CHURCHILL'S SPEECH Principal points from a broadcast delivered -by Mr. Winston Churchill to the people of Britain on Tuesday night are:— German efforts to secure mastery of the air are costing them dearly, but without mastery invasion would be difficult. Plans for invasion on a great scale include concentration of ships and men from Norway to the Bay of Biscay. If invasion is coming it must come soon, for planes and warships are harassing enemy concentrations. Britain's shores are well fortifled and strongly manned, and. behind them is the greatest mobile army yet assembled. (Full Text: Page 8.)
