KELIEF OF RAID VICTIMS Melbourne, Sept. 12. The Melbourne City Council is giving £25,000 to the fund opened by the Lord Mayor for the relief of victims of the German bombing raids on Britain. When the fund is officially inaugurated at a public meeting to-day the Lord Mayor will be able to announce that £40,000 is already ln hand.
