Meharry 3; pikelets, Mrs. Cave 1, Mrs. ATeharry 2, Mrs. Bishop 3. Brisk business was done in the sale of plants at a stall in charge of Mrs. Marsh. Hostesses were Mesdames Cave and Herbert. Meremere-Ohangai: 'l'Jie montbly meeting was held in the Ohangai hall, Mrs. Dyson, senior vice-president, presiding. A vote of sympathy was passed to the president, Mrs. Williams, in her illness. Ten shillings was voted to the Makogai

leper fund. The afternoon was a special effort for the Women's Division Spitfire fund, and a bring and buy stall was in charge of Mrs. Townsend and Miss O'Shea. The stall brought in £3. A worked apron given by Mrs. Nicoll was won by Mr. R. Harding, and a doll pincushion, donated by Miss J. Dyson. by Mrs. Ramsay. A wandering shilling competition was won by Mrs. Livingston.
