T>UBLIC Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Inglewood County Council held on Monday, September 9, 1940, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for conftrmation as a special Order at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, October 14, 1940, at 10.30 a.m. RESOLUTION: "That in pursuance and in exercisfe of the p.owefs vested in it by "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926," and "The Rural Housing Act, 1939," the consent of the Local Government Loans Board having been obtained, the Inglewood County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to raise a loan of £5000 for the purpose of making advances under the Rural Housing Act, 1939."
