MANAIA-KAPONGA PROGRAMME.
THRILLING AIR DRAMA SHOWING. Reported to be a romantic melodrama of adventure telling the story of three women who fly, the thrills that come with their split-second escapes and the heart-throbs behind their spectnculnr lives, "Tail Spin," a 20th Century-Fox production, comes to the Kaponga talkies to-night and to Manaia on Saturday. With Alice Faye, Constance Bennett and Nancy Kelly in the starring roles, the film deals with three women of the sky and their rcasons for taking the gamble they can lose only once. Miss Fayc is seen as Trixie, the girl who flies because she needs the money. Constance Bennett plays Gerry, who thought the sky the place to hide from love, and Nancy Kelly has been cast as Lois, who 1 flies because it brings her closer to her j husband, to whom flying means so much.
