PROMISING MAIDEN
Star Zone was responsible for two capital efforts at Awapuni. She' was well back in the early running of both her j races but made a good finishing run to fill third place in the second division of the Maiden on the opening day and fourth in the Spring Hack on Saturday. Gn these showings she may not be long ; in winning a maiden event. Star Zone is n four-ycar-old mare by Thomond from War -Zone.-
