PATRIOTIC CARD PARTY Mesdames W. J. Adnams and O'Carroll, convencrs of the comforts' committee of the Inglewood Women's Institutc, held another successful flag five-hundrcd evening at the Druids' hall, the proceeds being for the purchase of sojdiers' parcels. Mrs. A. H. Codd was in charge of the cards, and Mesdames Lightfoot, L. Knofflock and Hogg , were supper stewards. Ten tables were engaged, the winners being Misses C. Spurdle, Biesick and Messrs. B. and W. Spurdle Travelling prizes were won by Miss M. Knofflock and Mr. W. Spurdle. Donors of prizes were Mesdames A. H. Codd, M. Tribe. R. B. Sutton, L. B. Knofflock and Mrs. W. J. Adnams.
