DAMAGE AT MALTA
NAYAL PROPERTY HIT Rec. 8.25 p.m.' Malta. Sept. 8. It is officially slated that a strong formation of enemy planes raided Malta
at noon to-day. A number of bombs slightly damaged naval property and demolished a few houses. One enemy plane was shot down and another was probably destroyed.
