MOSCOW ISSUES DENIAL
Rec. 8.30 p.m. Moscow, Sept. 8. Tass, the Soviet official news agency, says it is authorised to deny a Japanese newspaper statement that M. Stalin and the German Ambassador at Moscow discussed a Russian - German - Italian-Japanese agreement and the cancellation of the antiComintern pact. This, tHe . agency states, is a pure invention. M. Stalin has not spoken to the German Ambassador in the last six months.
