NEWSPAPER ACCEPTS CHALLENGE By Telegraph-Press Assn.—Copyright. A. and N.Z, Loudon, April 9. The Daily Express announces it has taken up the challenge of Roman Catholics to the effect that tho British Press is conspiring to suppress the truth about the Mexican outrages. It publishes a letter from Evan Morgan, a son of Lord Tredegar, in which the Roman Catholic suspicion of a conspiracy is firmly stated, and reproduces photographs of Mexican executions. The paper announces that it has ordered its New York representative to go to Mexico and make unbiassed investigations. It also prints a cable from ex-Presidcnt Calles denying the atrocities.
