Nominations not accepted unless accompanied with fees. Protests must be in the hand of the secretaries witliin ten minutes of close of event accompanied with the necessary fee of £l. Competitors must send' in their last tvo years’ performances; if none within the last two years, the last four per formances (in any). Performances as known to handicapper will not be accepted for nomination. The committee reserve the right to postpone the sports or make any alteration they deem necessary. The committee also reserve the right to re-handicap any competitor. Tug-of-War t. be five men and captain. Open weight, half lock, anchor. Four starters or no race. Five starters or no second prize.
