WAI-ITI LOAN, £359. pUBLIC NOTICE » hereby given that ! at a Special Meeting of the Council held ’ at Waitara on Thursday, the Sth day of April, 1928, it was resolved that in pur- ( suance of its powers under Section 17 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” and w-ith the consent of at least three-fourths of the ratepayers of the Wai-iti Special ' Rating Area representing a majority in value of the said Rating Area, the Council authorise the raising of a loan of THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS (£350) for tha formation and metalling of the Beach Road, Urenui, and the purposes incidental thereto, and that such loan be secured by a Special Rate of throe-eighths (3-8 d of a penny in the pound over the Wai-iti Special Rating Area, AND THAT it is intended to confirm such resolution at a meeting of the Council to be held at the County Offices, West Quay, Waitara, at 11 a.m., on FRIDAY, the 4th day of May. 1928.
