The following will represent Okato thirds to play Tukapa thirds at Okato on Easter Monday at 1.30 p.m.: Hoskin (2), Ashley, Hickford (2), Paul, Horgan, Penwarden, McCabe (2), Eko, Corbett (2), Ansley, Deacon, O’Sullivan, Julian.
The Stratford senior football team to represent Stratford against Inglewood at Stratford on Monday will be selected from tho following: Collins, Moore, North, Wynyard, Coulton, Alger, Bonner, Owen, Sangster (2), Fryday, Smith, Hinton, O’Keefe, Walter, Kivell, Coleman and Bob Penniall.
The following will represent Star juniors: Hoskin, Pui, Christensen, Wilkins, Jenkins, Crapper, Harvey, Shaw. Lander, Hogarth, Phillips, Ford, Harris, Morgan, Smith; emergencies, Payne Lett, Simpson, Lawrence.
QUEEN’S PARK V. STAR JUNIORS.
At Pukekura Park this afternoon a junior football match will be played between Queen's Park (Wanganui) anil Star, commencing at 2.30 p.m. ALTON 7-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT. NOMINATIONS CLOSE ON MONDAY. Some good junior football should be seen at Alton on Wednesday next when the Alton Club’s annual seven-a-side football tournament will be held, commencing at 12.30 p.m. Tho competition for the silver cup awarded to the club will add to the keenness of the play. Junior teams from all over the province are eligible and the entries received are always numerous. Nominations dose on Monday with the secretary, Mr. F. H. Gush, Alton. Luncheon and refreshments are obtainable on the ground, Mr. A. _J. Gibbs’ property, while every hospitality will be extended visitors by the officials of the club. ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL., TEAMS FOR TO-DAY. The following team will represent the Moturoa Club against the Albions at Western Park to-day at 2.30 p.m.: Goal, Broughton; backs, Matthews,Bell, White, McKay, Johns; forwards, Gillies, Hatt, McDowl, Harwell, Loyall; reserves, Richards, McCullock, Lewis.
